How about you spend an amazing time at a cute and relaxed cafe in Fortitude Valley?
If you are looking for a cute and relaxed cafe in the Fortitude Valley area, I recommend you visit “Colin’s specialty coffee, eats and treats”.
When I visited this cafe for the first time, I thought “This is such a cute cafe!” “I found a great spot!”, because the colorful cushions on the bench, and the atmosphere of the cafe made me feel bright and happy.
So, if you would like to spend time at an amazing cafe, I cannot recommend this place enough.
Cute decor interior and terrace seats

Pastries such as croissants and danishes were displayed on the counter like in the above photo. Also bagel sandwiches and sweets such as brownies and cakes were placed in the cabinet.

There were cookie jars on the counter next to the cashier as well.

They have sofa seats with colorful cushions on the window side. This atmosphere stood out to me.

There were also tables and seats outside. Therefore, maybe it is a good idea to eat, drink and enjoy the moment outside on a beautiful Brissy sunny day.
A beautiful vibrant dish with a sparkle of joy☆

There are some food menu options, from classic Australian brunch items to some unique melt in your mouth sandwiches.

The coffee menu is extensive and they used a coffee blend from ZEST coffee, according to their website.

I ordered “Avocado on Toast” ($19.90) and an Iced Oat Latte.
I was so stoked when I got served a beautiful and vibrant avocado on toast.
I enjoyed the combination of the creamy avocado, sour and sweet tomatoes, and luscious honey. Also I liked the fresh and tart lemon on the top, and crispy quinoa puffs, which brought a good accent to the dish. Because of that I could eat it and never get tired of it.
The iced oat latte was great as well.

Brisket and Pickle Sandwich ($23.90) fulfilling ingredients, satisfying and delicious.
