If you are a cookie lover, I would like to recommend you to visit “Happy Stack Cookies” in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Australia!
They offer 6 flavours of cookies every 2 weeks, so you can enjoy many kinds of cookies every time you visit there.
They also serve drinks that range from coffee to more unique sips!
The cafe is tucked away in a heritage building called “Bell Brothers” in Fortitude Valley, and feels like a hidden gem spot!

You can find a selection of cookies, coffee menu, and special drinks menu in front of the cafe.
When I visited, the 6 cookie flavours of the day (term: 14/7/2026 – 25/7/2026) were

1 cookie = $8
6 cookies = $45
12 cookies = $86
Every cookie looks irresistible and you will be spoiled by choice!
There was a matcha drink menu as well.
After going back and forth, I ordered an Earl Grey Matcha Cookie ($8.00) and Hot Oat milk Matcha latte 8oz / add earl grey syrup ($9.80)!!
The outside of the cookie was crunchy, while the inside was moist and crumbly.
When I took my first bite, I felt a rich earl grey flavour straightaway, after that I kept eating the cookie, and discovered a hint of matcha.
The drink was also good and I liked the combination of bitter matcha and aromatic earl grey.

There are many flavours from savory to sweet, and just looking through it, gets me excited to go back and try more!
Step into a hidden gem!
“Happy Stack Cookies” is in the building called “Bell Brothers”!
There was a signboard in front of the building.
The inside of the building was gorgeous and classic with dark wood interior and ravishing light.
By contrast to the building’s interior, the inside of the cookie shop was natural and pretty with a fresh white interior.
There were 3 tables for 2 people inside and 1 table for 2 people outside.
The cookie boxes behind the cashier were also cute and made the space more charming.
Based on the signboard, they open from 7:00 am to 2 pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
I went there around midday, and customers were constantly coming in, telling me how popular this hidden cookie shop is.
