When I visited this cafe for the first time, my feeling was “I feel a chill and mellow atmosphere from this cafe, and I can’t believe that this cafe is in the middle of the city. But at the same time, I feel an energetic and vibrant feeling from the arts, lively interior, and a bustling cafe.”
While there are a lot of cafes with a natural and bright atmosphere in Australia, “Brew Cafe & Wine Bar” is perfect for someone looking for a cafe with a slightly different vibe.

I ordered the Brew Eggs ‘Benny’ / Added Smoked Salmon (total $27.80) and an Oat Flat White / cup size ($6.60).
I enjoyed this meal a lot because I liked the good combination of smoked salmon, runny poached eggs, and creamy and smooth hollandaise sauce.
Flat White was also amazing!
